Escape to the serenity of nature for a 2-night retreat designed for women (ages 18+) seeking a healthy reset through grounding, emotional well-being, and meaningful connection. Nestled in a breathtaking, remote location in New Hampshire, this intimate retreat offers space for a small group—whether you're best friends or looking to meet like-minded souls.
What’s Included:
Art Therapy Guided by a professional art therapist to support emotional well-being and a much needed reset.
Yoga, Mindfulness,& Meditations – Gentle Stretching, to center yourself with mindfulness practices for relaxation and clarity.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) One individual session with a Licensed Therapist.
Nourishing, Home-Cooked Meals – Clean, healthy, locally sourced ingredients thoughtfully prepared by a trained chef to support your wellness.
Small, Supportive Group Setting – A cozy, intimate experience with space to reflect, share, and connect with like minded people.
Demonstrations- A fun and engaging DIY craft where you create your own everyday use product.
Friday, April 25: Check-in, welcome session, home cooked dinner, social hour of art making and mocktails.
Saturday, April 26: Group art therapy, one private individual EMDR session, demonstration on one DIY Craft, and an evening of gentle Yoga, guided meditation, and deliciously crafted mocktails.
Sunday, April 27: Departure farewell before noon with a thoughtful travel package of tasty treats and swag memorabilia. Each participant will have receive a follow-up virtual session as part of their retreat package.
Location: Remote New Hampshire – Details shared upon registration. Travel distance within 1.5 hours from Concord NH. Property contains a common kitchen area, living room, and private bedroom for participants.
